What we collect and why
Orders
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered so we can send your parcel. We never see or store your card details.
Find My Crystal
You enter your date of birth and email. Your date of birth is used in your browser to work out your numbers — we do not store your full date of birth. We keep your email, your birth number (1–9), the digits used in your suggestions, the product numbers we suggested, whether we emailed your reading, and whether you chose to receive offers.
We only send you news and offers if you ticked the (optional) box. Every marketing email lets you unsubscribe.
Other tools
The Lo Shu Grid and Mobile Number tools ask for an email to unlock the full reading. We keep that email and the reading details you submitted.
Where it is kept
Tool and reading requests are kept in a private Luna Vibes Google Sheet. Order records are kept in Stripe and our private inventory system. Reading emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.
We keep reading and marketing records for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time — message us on WhatsApp and we’ll action it within 30 days. You can stop marketing emails any time on our unsubscribe page.
We don’t sell your information.
